Shipping policy

Processing time
All of our items are personalized and made to order. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to prepare your order before it ships. If your event date is coming up fast, message us and we'll do our best to prioritize it.

Shipping time
Once your order ships, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 4 to 9 business days, depending on your location and the product. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Free shipping
Orders over $70 ship free within the United States using Standard shipping. Orders under $70 are charged a flat Standard shipping rate at checkout. Express shipping is a separate paid option and is not included in the free shipping threshold, even on orders over $70.

Express shipping
Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout for a $15 flat rate, regardless of order size. Note that this speeds up transit time only — personalized items still go through our normal 1 to 3 business day production time before they ship.

International shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. 

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, feel free to reach out to us.

Lost or delayed packages
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier once your package has left our hands, but if your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
